This is a Type 01 FFL transfer desk, not a storefront. You buy a firearm from another licensed dealer, they ship it FFL to FFL, and you complete the transfer here after a 4473 and NICS check.

How it works

Inbound FFL shipments, then in-person pickup

1. Buy from a dealer

Purchase from a licensed seller (online or out of state). Ask them to ship to this FFL. Interstate transfers are FFL to FFL only.

2. Tell us it is coming

Use the form below so we know your name, the firearm, and which dealer is shipping it. We email you when it arrives.

3. Pick it up here

You come in person to 6122 Suite 122. 4473 and NICS are done on site. We do not ship firearms to unlicensed individuals.

We do not accept NFA items. We do not ship a firearm to you. Pickup is in person at this address after the background check.

Rules

Plain language, no shortcuts

You must be at least 18 (21 for a handgun from an FFL) and bring a valid photo ID.
Every transfer is completed in person at 6122 Brandon Ave Suite 122. That includes ATF Form 4473 and a NICS check. We cannot skip, delay, or work around that.
You must be the actual transferee. Straw purchases are illegal. Do not pick up a firearm for someone else.
Interstate movement of firearms is FFL to FFL only. We will not ship a firearm to an unlicensed person.
This desk does not handle NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, machine guns, and similar).
